Admission

Welcome

After visiting the Athenian School campus here at the base of Mt. Diablo, parents and caregivers often tell us that they wished they’d gone to a school like ours. Our ideal setting, extraordinary teachers and community of students that are curious, kind and eager to learn, is just the beginning. Imagine a small class of students discussing literature, calculating the volume of water in the swimming pool, or designing and programming a robot in our innovation studio. These are just some of the everyday happenings here at Athenian. From the sports field to the art room, students are encouraged to try new things throughout their Athenian journey.

Here at Athenian, students cultivate friendships and character along with the skills and confidence to thrive as global citizens in college and beyond.

We look forward to welcoming you to campus and sharing the promise of an Athenian education.

Our admission team is here to support you through this journey.

Why Athenian?

Athenian believes that the best way to truly comprehend academic subjects is to experience their application first hand. In our rigorous academic program, you and your peers will immerse yourselves in coursework, inspiring each other to think critically, problem solve, and collaborate as global citizens. You will graduate well prepared for college and and be poised for a life of intellectual exploration and meaningful contribution.

Don't just take our word for it, hear it from our graduates and parents.

Athenian Outcomes:

Meet our Ambassadors

Our student ambassadors represent the school to prospective families and students in ways only current students can. Ambassadors both "show and tell" Athenian's values, culture and educational experience as campus tour guides, lunch buddies and Open House participants.

Ambassadors are also available to connect individually with families. Please reach out to Jackie Soohoo if this is of interest.
